We stayed at this hotel during our return journey from the Pyrenees to Malaga. Located in a peaceful village, opposite a charming church and small park, it offered ample parking options right outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing personal attention to our needs. Even though it's a large hotel, it felt like visiting family. They went above and beyond by providing us with a cozy cot for our baby and even cutting and storing fresh watermelon for us. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space, and the food was excellent.
Would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, the TV was big, the beds were comfortable and, although we asked for 3 single beds and were given a double and a single, the double was big and didn't affect us too much. We asked for the room to be warm so that the girl would not be cold and they tried to make it so. We also liked the possibility of checking in at any time, it was quite late and there was no problem to register.
The wifi barely had a signal in our room and was practically unusable, in the bathroom it was a bit cold as it was isolated from the rest of the room, which was at a comfortable temperature, and did not have its own source of heat; and the cleanliness of the shower left something to be desired, as there were quite a few hairs in the drain. The shower does not have any attachments to put the gel, shampoo, etc., while you shower.

excellent clean room for reasonable price, interesting medieval town centre and pleasant landscapes to the north and north-east of the town. We regret we had only overnight stay before departure from Barrajas airport.
Hotel position on Booked.net map is not accurate and may be misleading. The right hotel position is: N 40.568054 W 3.068442

Very soulless,Staff unprofessional. Decor, furnishings & Layout appalling. Dining room uninviting with poor selection on menu. Much preferred our previous visit prior to expansion & or probable change of ownership.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a charming village. The location was peaceful, with a lovely church and park across the street. The hotel had ample parking, making my stay stress-free. The cleanliness of the room was superb and the hotel facilities were excellent. In terms of transportation, it was conveniently located to explore the East Madrid area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful despite our language barrier.
Nothing, all aspects were excellent.

Excellent room, very clean, food was good and cheap for the menu del dia, good quiet location only 2km from the main road in a sleepy spanish town.
WiFi was hit and miss, not a problem but no english spoken if you find that a problem.

The hotel is located in a quiet village near Madrid, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with ample storage space and the ensuite bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff, although limited in English, are accommodating and use translation services to fulfill guests' needs. Additionally, the hotel offers a restaurant on-site and is close to beautiful lavender fields.
The breakfast area was not open at the specified time, causing inconvenience to guests with early departures.

The hotel was situated in a peaceful area, surrounded by beautiful historical landmarks. We had no trouble finding a parking spot nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and provided ample storage space. The staff was friendly and accommodating, using translation apps to communicate. the food at the restaurant was excellent and delicious.
Our breakfast wasn't available on time, which caused a delay in our plans. the language barrier proved to be a bit challenging, and only a few staff members spoke English fluently.
